Problem with digital noise entering analog output (addition)

Further evidence of the noise source is that the noise at 192k in the left channel is 180 degrees out of phase with the noise in the right channel. This makes it likely that there is a bleed of the lrclk into the analogue signal. Since I only have the adc/dac board connected to the rpi it must be bleeding from somewhere on that board.

I would appreciate any suggestions,
