Card Inputs

Hello All
I'm thinking of purchasing this card for my Raspi3. I have a couple of questions:

1. Does this card have both a linein and Mic connection?
2. From Alsa is it possible to capture from both the above two inputs rather just only one? I have a USB card with a line in and Mic but I can only capture from the Mic
3. Are there any cases for the raspi3 which would house this?
