PortAudio support

Hi,

I’ve install my new Stereo Audioinjector, followed all the setup steps and I can successfully record, play and list the device (aplay –l and arecord –l).

I am now trying to run my PortAudio application, I’ve installed the latest version of PortAudio (pa_stable_v190600_20161030.tgz)
However, PortAudio fails to recognize the sound device.

I’ve started to debug using the pa_devs.c example provided by PortAudio (portaudio/examples/pa_devs.c).
This example code queries the audio devices, the code fails at the very beginning, at function Pa_Initialize().

Has the device been tested with PortAudio?
Any ideas?

I haven't used port audio for years. However you should be able to use the port audio ALSA driver.

What code do you use ? What is the result ?

Hi,

Figured out the issue, it was a problem with my portaudio build/installation.
So far Stereo Audioinjector is working fine with Portaudio.
