About the new zero board.

Hi.

I could not find an section for the zero card, so i hope it is OK to post here.

Just a couple of quick question.

Will it be possible to monitor the audio from the input and/or output on the headphone connector? I have another i2c sound card on my zero ( fe pi) with line in and out and headphone output that let's me listen to the line input. Volume is controlled by alsamixer.

Will the card be shipped with the 2x20 header installed? I hope not as i need to put on stacking headers for my projects.

Hi there,

Yes, this forum is for the stereo cards, both have the same chipset.

You can monitor the output audio, as it is mixed to both the headphone and line output.
If you enable the bypass mode, you can hear the input on the output.

The connectors are not populated on the Zero board.
