No Audio

I am struggling getting audio output from this device....

I am really confused, and frustrated. I bought this, as I needed a better audio ouput than the USB dongle I was using before. At least I had sound with the dongle!!!

So, since posting I have started with a completely new image.

Had it working great... right up until I installed the app I am trying to run through the sound card.

Once I got this all setup and connected, i cant get any audio. Even if I shut down my new service, I cant get the tests to work (and no audio out of this new service)

Any thoughts???

If I disable the new service and reboot, my tests work again.

Something in my new service does not want to work right.

So frustrated!! i purchased this card as i couldnt get the quality out of the usb dongle I really wanted for this service. Now I cant get this card to work with it at all!

Hi there,
I can try to help you here, but it may be better to talk with the person who implemented that software.

I notice they are using card 1 :

defaults.ctl.card 1
defaults.pcm.card 1

I imagine that you actually want to use card 0 :

defaults.ctl.card 0
defaults.pcm.card 0

Please let me know if that fixes their software ?
