Compatibility check wih LCD

Hello,

I'm thinking about one project with my Pi Zero, but before I buy everything for more than 70$, I just wanted to check out compatibility of two hats I will be using.

One is the Audio Injector Zero stereo soundcard and the other one is small LCD screen - http://rpishop.cz/displeje/910-128x128p ... citky.html Scroll down the page and you can see pinout of the LCD.

Are there any problems (I mean pin conflicts) in using this LCD and the soundcard? It's either connect both to the RPi or scratch the whole project, no compromises.

Any help is greatly welcome!
