Potentiometers for Zero Soundcard

I’m currently setting up my zero sound card but having some trouble, the built in 3.5mm headphone jack on the board it’s self is working but I am trying to use 1/4 jacks for the input and output of the breakout boards. They are not appearing on the system when connected so I’m pretty sure it’s because I don’t have potentiometers built in. I’ve been looking for over two weeks now for the correct one but every time I order them they are the wrong size. E.g twice the size they need to be.

Can somebody please help me by finding the correct size potentiometers for the breakout boards, I’m based in the UK
