Cases or 3d printable case / CAD drawings?

Hi!
I have all of your versions and I am starting to use them somewhere other than my lab bench.

Has anyone:
1. found a case for purchase that fits the "regular" pi2/3b + audio injector or pi zero+audio injector
2. drawn a 3d printable case
3. found any CAD files for this that could be made into #2?
