Pure Data with Zero Soundcard

Hi there, i've been trying for weeks now to get the zero soundcard to work with Pure Data using the breakout boards. I'm using stereo jacks for the input and outputs but here is no audio at all. when I use the built in 3.5mm headphone socket I can hear the test tone but if i try to use the breakout boards (By changing the audio settings in pure data from hardware to Plugin) a series of error appear all starting with

(***) is a series of numbers that change every time. the potentiometers are full clockwise and my settings in alsamixer are the exact same as mentioned in this forum for RCA input and output.

Any help to get this sorted is much appreciated as this is for a university dissertation that is due middle of next month (May)

Did you setup the card using the setup scripts ? Or did you manually set it up ?

when you type dmesg, can you see that the audio injector card is set up correctly ?
