Hi,
I've purchased one of the "AudioInjector Zero" sound cards, and I'm a little confused about how to proceed. I want to use it with an external 3.5mm microphone and external 3.5mm pair of headphones.
I have a couple of breadboard-compatible 3.5mm ports which I can plug my equipment into, and I assume that I just need to solder some wires between the 3.5mm ports and some terminals on the sound card. Is this assumption correct? Can I use a mic other than the electret microphone by connecting it to the mic pins?
Also, my board has an "Output" L/G/R, a "Zero" L/G/R, 3 pins labeled "Phone", and two mic pins. I can figure out what the mic pins do, but which terminals would I use for headphone sound, and do I need to do anything special in terms of wiring in order to connect it to my Raspberry Pi Zero?
Thanks in advance to anyone who can answer any of these questions.
