RCA analog passthrough for amp hat
I'm looking for a way to amplify a turntable with a RPi amp hat like Allo Volt o Justboom Amp-Hat, but right now there is not a single product in the market with such functionality, so I'm thinking maybe the AudioInjector stereo sound card acting as an analog passthrough could be the solution to my problem. Has someone tried this? How hard could it be to configure properly?

I have not used either of those products, nor have I used the Audio Injector to connect to a turntable.
Nonetheless, you probably want to check which GPIO pins either of these products use, if they are RPi Hats, and make sure they don't conflict with the Audio Injector pins used. Below is a diagram of the Audio Injector pins which are in use (In red text):
