GPIO header pins to USB...feasible?

Hi!
I am new to microcomputing, but not computer audio.
I was wondering if you would like to create a Windows 10 compatible soundcard with your Octo?
I have found this GPIO to USB converter->

Is there any way you would be willing to test this config,
or are you too deep in ARM to make it any way compatible?
If you are willing to try, I can pay for the RTk

Also, what is the ballpark cost of the Octo?

I am planning to run the Octo on a Latte Panda board- if it's possible. Win10 is the OS(it is necessary for me to run Windows)

The thing about GPIO and getting audio over I2S is that it requires direct connection to the processor's I2S silicon. This can't really be done over USB. However you can use the USB UAC2 audio protocol to do it ... but that is just re-inventing the old USB audio wheel.

Not sure about how to get the Latte panda and Octo to talk together ... perhaps I should look into it ... when I get some time.
