Audio Server | Independent RCA Outputs

Hello,

I am looking to get some questions answered before I go buying an Octo board. I was curious if each of the RCA outputs can be accessed independently. I am interested in creating an audio server of sorts. Essentially having 7 different audio servers running on the raspberry pi, each server would be assigned to an output of the Octo board so that if I wanted, I could have 7 rooms within a large home listening to 7 different audio streaming services.

I want to know if this is physically possible on the board. I know that I can complete the programming aspect, but I want to confirm the hardware is capable.
