raspberry pi lite

Post by Sorter52 » Wed Nov 08, 2017 12:50 pm

I was wondering if I could install the drivers without having a full desktop?
I'm seeing the lxpanel error below, telling me "nope!" :D

I'll try following through with the manual setup and see if that's successful.

Code: Select all

$ sudo dpkg -i audioinjector.octo.setup_0.3_all.deb

I just manually created the path and touch the file. the install went through.

I'll probably abandon this and use the desktop.. I just wanted my install to be more lean.

Code: Select all

/home/pi/.config/lxpanel/LXDE-pi/panels/panel

Good to know - I didn't create the installation script thinking panel wouldn't be present.
