Hi flatmax,
My fist PI2 is running with KODI, House automation and a Sampleplayer - as a Piano - with a HDMI 7.1 "sondcard".
Now I decide to buy a second device for developing professional audio apps, with your OCTO device. I'm not sure to buy a PI3 or a ODROID C2......
Do we have a chance, to get this running on a ODROID C2? In my understanding, it is a question of ALSA driver programming for UBUNTU....

I may be interested in giving the octo a spin on the odroids (I have some C1, C1+, C2 as well as Rock64 and Orange PI) as the octo board I have doesn't work on my Raspberry PI.

Where can I get the src code so I can compile and test.

Ivan, it's somewhere in the kernel source (sound, alsa section) of the PI kernel.....
