GPIO Pins used for codec controls

Hi,

I've got the octo sound card but am planning to use it with an STM32 platform. Is it possible to get a pinout of where the cirrus logic codec control pins are connected to the raspberry pi header? For example which exact pins on the header are connected to i2c, reset etc.
