selecting input/output for headphones

I have a phone earbuds set. I want to use the small 3.5 mm jack for both input (mic) and output (speakers).

Is there a configuration to setup the audio injector to do this?

I Think you would have to create a little connector which breaks the GND and mic. line out from the headset and feeds that into the microphone connector.
Then you can break the stereo lines to the line outputs - headphone or other !
