So.... Hi I'm Toby and new on this forum.
I just got my first raspberry pi for a project i'm doing for my Master Thesis on the University of Utrecht.
Long story short, I'm into electronics, schematics and Eurorack modules, so I wanted to create my own Eurorack module.
This is going pretty well and i'm coming up with a cool design.
but,
I want to (kinda need to because I promessed) have a working prototype by the end of june 2019. In theory this is no problem.
But due to the time and tools at my proposal, I decided to take a shortcut in the audio processing part of my module. And I figured Raspberri Pi + the Octo soundcard would forefill my needs. Problem is. I do not have any experience with coding.
I'm a autodidact that learns fast, but i can't seem to find where and how to start.
What I want, (Not much)
Is to use my Raspberri Pi + octo soundcard as an interface between my module and my laptop.
So all it has to do is Output/Input the seperate audio channels from the inputs/outputs of my Octo soundcard to my laptop.
I have no clue on how to do this or where to start..
Could somebody please help me out??
